First final shoot
With my first shoot, I focused mostly on one subject- two pillows alongside strong lighting. I really enjoyed the contrast between the strong dark shadow and the delicate light upon the pillow in the last photo and I want to explore this more. I focused on small details that usually go un-noticed and in doing so, I shot from extreme angles and this really transformed the object into something else-more abstracted. I want to explore this more the next time I shoot. Also, I originally wanted to shoot in a ll black and white, but the colors I think in these really transform the photo and give the photo a different mood-almost creepy and sterile in a way (like in the third photo).

The quality of detail, depth of field and color in these shots is beautiful. Continue to really consider the shape of the negative space and the power of the shadow. Also, I think you should diversify your subject matter. I like how you concentrate on domestic objects (pillows, curtains, blankets) What other domestic objects can you photograph? Try re-shooting the curtains. How can you integrate them?
